What I can do is witness signatures, verify identity, administer oaths, and certify copies — properly, legally, and in the language you’re most comfortable speaking. What I can’t do is give legal advice or draft documents. When your question crosses that line, I’ll tell you and point you to an attorney.

Texas authorized Remote Online Notarization in 2018. Encrypted video, credential analysis, digital certificate, tamper-evident seal. Typically done in under 20 minutes, without either of us leaving our desks.
Purchase, refinance, HELOC, and seller packages. I know which page needs the date, which needs initials, and which one lenders reject most often. Background-screened annually as title companies require.

Yes. I conduct signings entirely in Spanish when preferred. The notarial certificate must be in English under Texas law, but the document itself and our conversation can be in your language.
I can, as long as we can communicate directly. Texas law does not permit a notary to work through a translator for the signer’s declaration of intent.
It depends on the document. Some Texas documents require witnesses in addition to notarization. I’ll tell you when we confirm your appointment so you can arrange them.
